Leadership Asheville Forum is proud to welcome back two of our regionโs most influential civic leaders for our annual State of the City and County luncheon on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
Asheville Mayor Esther Manheimer and Buncombe County Commission Chair Amanda Edwards will share key updates and insights on the priorities, challenges, and opportunities shaping our community. This engaging and informative program will take place at the Country Club of Asheville, and offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from our local leaders in a setting that encourages thoughtful dialogue.
Whether you're a business leader, engaged citizen, or regional stakeholder, this event is designed to deepen your understanding of the work being done to move Asheville and Buncombe County forward. The program will include a live Q&A session, giving attendees the chance to ask questions and share perspectives on the issues that matter most to our community.

Refunds
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so BY NOON, ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT to be eligible for a refund, less a $5 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after the deadline are NOT eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
Payment Responsibility: If you reserve a spot for the luncheon but do not pay in advance and do not attend, you will still be responsible for the payment of your reservation.
